Garnier Texture Tease

Garnier De-Constructed Texture Tease Dry Touch Finish Spray After chopping off my hair I was hit with the realization that I was going to have to style my hair. Every day.

With long hair I could sort of just wake up and brush it and it would look appropriately lived in and beachy. Now, with my shoulder-length hair, I was worried that I was going to have to invest in multiple products, take more time, and in general be much more aware of how my hair was looking at any given moment.

Enter my new favorite product: the Garnier Fructis Texture Tease spray.

Let me start off by saying THIS PRODUCT SMELLS SO GOOD. It's fruity and bright and it reminds me of the clean, fresh scent of a shampoo.  Using it honestly makes me feel happier.

So here's what it does: it adds grit to your hair. That sounds disgusting, but super shiny, sleek hair tends to come off prim and preppy, and that is not the look I'm going for. This product gives my hair just the right amount of texture and hold that will last all day.

I lift up random sections of my hair that look like they could use some volume and spray Texture Tease at the roots and through the ends in quick bursts. I then rough up my hair with my  hands and I'm left with messy, "cool girl" hair.

This product allows me to achieve the exact style that I wanted out of a short hair cut.  It gives my hair texture and movement in one simple step, and I use it almost daily now. If you just got your hair cut short, or if you're looking for a little more volume and texture in your everyday style I would highly recommend Garnier Fructis Texture Tease.
